1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or otherwise using the mce19 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and mce19 ("the Company"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered by mce19, including but not limited to casino games, slots, crash games, cricket betting, live casino, and all related promotional activities. mce19 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Eligibility

To open an account and use the mce19 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while using the service:

mce19 reserves the right to verify the identity and age of any player at any time. Providing false information during registration or at any subsequent stage constitutes a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on mce19. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and any account found to be a duplicate may be closed without notice, with balances forfeited. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating your account, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been undertaken by you, and you accept full responsibility for such activity. You should take the following steps to protect your account:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Never share your login details with friends, family, or any other individual.
• Contact mce19 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

mce19 supports deposits and withdrawals through a range of Bangladesh-friendly payment methods. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum transaction limits may apply to specific payment methods and are subject to change. Players are responsible for ensuring that any payment details they submit are accurate and belong to an account in their own name.

Withdrawal requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. mce19 may require identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal. Any withdrawal request that is found to be associated with fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a violation of these terms may be declined, and the associated funds may be forfeited.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

mce19 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the promotional period. Expired bonuses cannot be re-credited.
• A wagering requirement (rollover) applies to all bonuses before any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The specific rollover amount is stated in each promotion's terms.
• mce19 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice if the company suspects abuse or misuse.
• Only one welcome bonus per household, IP address, and device is permitted. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times constitutes fraud.

mce19 may adjust, modify, or cancel any bonus at its discretion where it believes a player has attempted to game the bonus system, exploit promotional mechanics, or otherwise act in bad faith. Decisions made by mce19 in connection with bonuses and promotions are final and binding.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mce19 platform. Any player found to be engaged in any of these activities will have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed, with all funds potentially forfeited:

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any other software to play games or place bets on your behalf.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise tamper with the platform's software or security systems.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses or to circumvent any restriction placed on an existing account.
• Conducting any transaction that mce19 reasonably believes to be connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.

mce19 employs a range of security measures and fraud detection systems to identify prohibited activity. Any player under investigation may have their account temporarily frozen pending the outcome of that investigation. The Company is not liable for any losses suffered as a result of an account being frozen or closed under this clause.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the mce19 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive property of mce19 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit for any commercial purpose any portion of the mce19 platform, use of the platform, or access to the platform without the express written consent of mce19. Unauthorized use of mce19's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

mce19 is committed to protecting the personal data of all players. The collection, use, and storage of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the mce19 platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

mce19 uses SSL encryption and other industry-standard security technologies to protect your data in transit and at rest. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with regulated payment processors, identity verification partners, and fraud prevention services as required to operate the platform lawfully and securely. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting our support team.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mce19 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, even if mce19 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. mce19's total cumulative liability to any player for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the preceding thirty (30) calendar days.

mce19 does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the platform or the information, content, materials, or products included on the platform, except as expressly provided in these terms. The platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis.

10. Amendments to Terms

mce19 reserves the right to update, revise, supplement, or otherwise modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted to this page. We will endeavour to notify registered players of material changes by posting a notice on the platform or by sending an email to the address registered to your account. However, it is your responsibility to check this page regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current version of these terms.

Your continued use of the mce19 platform following the posting of any changes to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming platforms operating in Bangladesh. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to mce19's internal dispute resolution process. If the internal process fails to resolve the dispute to your satisfaction, you may pursue resolution through any competent legal forum available under applicable law. mce19 makes no representation that the platform or its content is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction outside Bangladesh. Players who access the platform from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
